In 2023, vets of Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon and Per Se came together to debut
l’abeille, a warm and sophisticated French restaurant with Japanese influence in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood. Receiving one Michelin star six months after opening, l’abeille embodies modern elegance while balancing French haute cuisine and the NYC bistro, creating an upscale ‘bistronomy’ dining experience.
